Once we decided to not hire one person to do all the work, you had a number of individual contractors that you suggested for the different jobs.  This gave us the option of doing the work that we felt was absolutely necessary plus anything supplemental.  You supervised all the work with contractors that you knew and trusted.  This was invaluable to us since I was out of state and my sister didn’t want to make all the decisions herself. 
It was a pleasure working with you, but even more, it was a pleasure to get to know you as a person.  I would unreservedly recommend you to anyone buying or selling property in the San Francisco Bay Area.
