I have lived in the bay area for the past 26 years. My husband and I bought our first home in Berkeley about 24 years ago and ever since we have lived and loved and enjoyed being part of Berkley/Oakland community. I received my BFA from University of California Berkeley. I am a painter and mother of two, and Tara our beautiful jack Russell terrier whonbsp;passed away 3years ago.nbsp; Now we included an adorablenbsp; little Maltese named Lulu, to our family. I have been involved at the PTA at Thousand Oaks school in Berkeley. Our kids have been at the Berkeley Public school system since early age, now i have my son at Berkeley high, ( IHS) program and my daughter is at the king middle school.
I started working as realtor first at then Prudential (now BHG Mason McDuffie); I have experience the difficult time of 2006 and 2007, and later during the 2008 and 2009 when most homes lost their values. I have always enjoyed working with the buyers in their search for their first home or at times when they became the sellers and wanted to move to a larger house. I do my best to get the top dollar for my Seller/investors in today's Market.
Over the past few years I have collaborated in the process of helping some sellers to make the process of selling their home with the approval of their lenders, less stressful and more successful.
As part of my belief to give back to the community I donate to the school of my Seller/ Buyer choice, as well as Education Foundation and grants / Community Fund at Berkeley Association of Realtors.
My commitment to my clients is to protect their interests and their asset to the best of my ability, and conduct our business transaction with integrity and transparency.
Please contact me with questions about your neighborhood sales or complimentary evaluation of your house. 2012 was one of the best years in real estate in our area same as 2013, 2014 were years of good market for sellers as well as buyers/investors who were able to get great interest rates. Since then market has been steady in our areas and there has been deasent amount of cash and equity in every transaction. Market continues to be stable and demand is as high as ever despite higher purchase prices in the Bay Area.
Low inventory and high demand is still the conversation of the housing market post COVID-19. Having the best team in the industry to advise and guide you through your purchase or sale of your property or investment is more crucial than ever.
