Bita has been a resident of Berkeley for over 26 years, and she and her family bought their first home in the area 24 years ago. Since then, they have lived, loved, and enjoyed being part of the Berkeley/Oakland community. Bita received her BFA from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a mother of two, both of whom graduated from BHS. Bita began her career as a full-time Realtor at Prudential (now BHG Mason McDuffie) years ago, and later joined Coldwell Banker Realty, a world-renowned company, since 1908. She has weathered the difficult times of the housing market, including the downturns of 2006-2007 and 2008-2009. Bita has a passion for helping people find their perfect home, whether it’s their first or a subsequent one when they are seeking to enhance their real estate portfolio.
